Eastside Family Counseling

Raising a family is hard work. It takes effort, patience, love and a great sense of humor. At times, we all need a helping hand. My colleague Sara and I are here to support you in finding ways to make your family come together as a unit while also respecting the needs and experiences of the individuals within the family. We offer family, couple and individual counseling, parent coaching, and parenting classes. Our counselors specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and families. we work with clients who are looking for support with depression & anxiety, self esteem issues, body image issues, addiction, grief & loss, conflict resolution, stress management and life transition issues.
