I'm Kat Mindenhall, LCSW, Director of A Peaceful Life. We specialize in helping people get unstuck in their lives and relationships. We see people for relationship issues (couples therapy, family therapy, and parenting support), and personal coping issues such as counseling for depression and anxiety. Our therapy office is in Lakewood, CO.

Our approach to counseling is very collaborative and focused on helping you see real changes in your mood and your approach to life and relationships. We offer email and phone counseling as well as home visits for people who prefer it.
