I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma of all kinds, addictions and relational issues. The fact that you are seeking help tells me you are ready to make changes in your life and I'd like to help you do that.

Our work will be tailored to your needs and strengths using a combination of Pia Melody's model (The Meadows Model), Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral interventions.
