I do not believe that there is a simple formula for helping people but I can provide you with an atmosphere of safety and respect, openess and curiosity about the uniqueness of each person, to help you find your best self. Therapy is essentially a series of conversations in which you and I create meaningful solutions to problems and difficulties in living. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds to help them achieve more satisfying relationships, gain confidence, and feel more hopeful about the future.
I work with individuals, couples, and families of all gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. I am experienced working with a number of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, learning difficulties, intimacy issues, sexual problems, communication issues, and LGBTQ.
I regard it as a privilege to walk alongside your journey to help you to examine your life, identify and embrace your strengths and limitations, while working through the thoughts and issues that get in the way of you living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
