Individual and couples therapy.
We utilize a variety of methods such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help walk with clients through times of adjustment to regain an awareness of who we are and what we want out of our lives.
We focus on building tools, exploring patterns of thought and behavior, and on helping individuals and couples regain their sense of purpose and adventure. The end goal is for all clients to start a new and great beginning.
