Everyone goes through seasons where they feel like something needs to change. Sometimes we need another set of eyes on our circumstances in order to see why we get to the point where we feel out of whack. I practice distance therapy, meaning that sessions are held online. Most clients find that this gives them the flexibility of being able to have sessions in between meetings at work, at home while the baby is napping, or even after the kids are in bed for the night. Others find that they feel more comfortable at home than in an office setting, and so they are able to relax into the process, allowing them to see progress and results more quickly.
