CATS is a outpatient treatment agency that works with substance abusing clients as they strive to make low risk choices in relation to their use of alcohol and other drugs. We offer a traditional outpatient program with typical clients attending once a week. Clients are referred to our agency through the legal system, employment or self referral. CATS is licensed through the state of Colorado to offer Alcohol Education Levels I and II, Youth DUI and Minor in Possession Treatment
