About
I strongly believe that everyone can change, heal, and grow--sometimes we just need more support, knowledge, or guidance to do so. Counseling can be brief and time-limited when you choose to focus on more specific goals, but it can also be longer-term for personal growth or healing from past issues. I can help you learn more effective ways to overcome the challenges within your life, whether this means making changes within yourself or in your relationships. While I enjoy working with adults, couples, families, pre-teens, and teens, I specialize in working with young adults (20s-30s).
I am an experienced therapist who is passionate about helping people live their best life. I bring warmth, compassion, directness, and humor into my work. My work experience includes a variety of clinical settings such as Emory University Student Counseling Center, Emory University Faculty Staff Assistance Program, and Ridgeview Institute.
My office is located within walking distance of Emory University. I offer convenient evening appointments, an online scheduling system, and (optional) online payment. All paperwork is available for completion online to maximize time spent in sessions. For established clients, I offer secure live online video counseling, email, homework, and journaling.
