I conduct individual therapy with adults and adolescents. My psychotherapy looks at the way you experience and interact with your world. Therapy will consist of a combination of supportive, non-judgmental conversations in which we explore, acknowledge and validate your unique experience and exercises and homework through which you may learn new behaviors and new ways of being.
Through therapy we will discover both the external and internal, personal barriers that are preventing you from being content and achieving your true potential, as well as your strengths and resources that can assist you in becoming the best you possible. I use a holistic approach that looks beyond your "problem" and incorporates your personality and personal strengths to find solutions and help move you to the next step.
I specialize in helping people adjust to major life changes, and personal growth. Change is a natural part of the human condition and I want to help people change in healthy ways that emphasize an orientation toward the future and possibility.
