I am committed to providing meaningful, purposeful, and evidence-based psychological services to the community. I use a collaborative, problem solving approach and work to create a meaningful cooperative partnership between therapist and the children and adults I work with. I strive to help children and adults to recognize and create meaningful experiences and relationships in their life. Using principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive psychology, I work to help clients become engaged in their life and to experience meaningful success as well as loving and fulfilling relationship with others.
