Our major goal is to work together and help you obtain the insight and tools needed to gain newer ways to deal with issues that are getting in the way of a rewarding life.

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the presenting issue, I provide various assessments and diagnostic tools. I use a wide range of psychotherapeutic interventions to address your specific area of need, which may include mood and anxiety, impulse control, loss and bereavement, relationship problems, and chemical dependency.

Among various other areas, I specialize in cognitive restructuring and can help you change certain belief patterns that contribute to feeling stuck, and assist you in acquiring newer ways of perceiving life.
