Our counselors, Heather Kitchen, LCSW and Jennifer Whitney, Ph.D., are warm, friendly and instructive. We specialize in helping people overcome depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship/marriage difficulties.
Our treatment approach features cognitive-behavior therapy, proven to help people change negative thinking styles to feel better, more confident and in control of their lives.
Because medication is sometimes an important part of recovery, we also work closely with health care providers to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
