Inner Wellth Therapy

I believe in the source of inherent good and power within every person. I also believe that each person has within them their own answers, to help empower them, move them forward, or heal themselves. I offer a helping hand, a partnership in that process. Sometimes we all need an objective, supportive person to assist us in finding those answers and building skills, and creating insight towards change in our life. I believe very strongly in empathy. While I may not have experienced a situation similar to yours, I am empathetic of it, trying to totally understand the beliefs, opinions, thoughts and feelings you have from your viewpoint.
