Individual, couples, family therapy for clients ages 7+. Providing virtual therapy only. Primary techniques used include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychoanalysis/Psychotherapy. Specialized training and experience in: anger management, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationships, life transitions, parenting, divorce/separation (children), family conflict, social/interpersonal skills and social anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD/Acute Stress Disorder.
