Hello! Glad you are ready to work toward changes in your life! I believe each person has unique strengths from their own experiences which you will use to make progress to overcome life's challenges and difficulties. I work with your skills and talents (sometimes hidden!) to improve your current situation. I provide counseling and therapy to adults, teens and children. I work with families. I can work with you in person, on the telephone, or using video.
