Resilient Life Counseling Services PLLC, located in Colorado Springs, CO, provides virtual counseling services primarily to women in positions of leadership including the work place, the family place or the community and public service field. My approach is very person centered, meaning it is tailored to the individual and your own personal goals. Interventions includes psychoeducation (education is empowering); cognitive behavioral therapy (addressing how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors), Solution-Focused and goal oriented, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Specialization includes stress and anxiety disorders; Early Childhood Mental Health and Caregiver support; Life transitions and personal growth.
