Kaleidoscope Family Therapy

LeNaya is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with specializations in Trauma Therapy and Child and Adolescent Therapy from Richmont Graduate University.

In addition to her degrees, she completed her registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) training and is also certified in playful children’s yoga.
With over 10 years of experience, LeNaya is passionate about helping her clients become happy and healthy!

She specializes in working with children, teens, adult women, couples, and families with a variety of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, adoption, attachment, social skill struggles, behavior challenges, friendship/relationship issues, grief and loss, family/life transitions, divorce, identity and low self-esteem.

She takes a collaborative approach when working with her clients. She believes that her clients have the power to learn and grow; she is there to aid and encourage them along the way.  LeNaya uses fun and unique activities to help her clients become invested in the concepts she is teaching and helps them create reminders to implement the concepts and strategies outside of therapy. She uses play, art, mindfulness, yoga and movement in therapy, helping clients work through their challenges more effectively at their own pace while emphasizing their strengths.
