I currently offer in person and online sessions. I have over 20 years of experience working as a clinical social worker providing therapy. My experience includes working with adults, couples, and teenagers. I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).

I utilize techniques that help people better understand their challenges in order to create solutions and impact their behaviors and thinking. Such techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy.

I am currently offering sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the day and evenings. I offer weekends as needed in my office located 6 miles west of the Legends area in Basehor, Kansas off State Avenue and 155th.

I am also able to meet with clients in person in Wichita, Ks on some Saturdays in the downtown area at The Hive 200 N Broadway Suite 110.
