I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the states of Ohio and California. I have been providing individual psychotherapy to adults for 15 years. I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, loss and grief, marital and other life transitions. My specialty is in trauma and PTSD. My orientation is primarily psychodynamic, with a focus on current and past relationships, and how early experiences have helped shape present life. I also utilize cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and mind/body approaches.
I have a warm, open, and collaborative style. Empowerment, focus on strengths, and cultural and spiritual themes are incorporated into the treatment plan to help improve quality of life and promote self-awareness.
