Dr. Sharon L. Flatow is a licensed mental health counselor (L.M.H.C.*) with over 20 years of experience. She has a PhD. in Counseling and is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Sharon primarily uses cognitive behavioral techniques. She shares time management tools, esteem building exercises and a variety of other methods to empower her patients to effectively manage stress, creating a strong foundation for successful therapy.
