I help people overcome life challenges associated with chronic health issues, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with newly diagnosed diabetics and their families. My clients are the experts on their own lives so I approach the counseling process in a way that supports clients autonomy and choices.

My experience as a paramedic guides the work I do with first responders, nurses, doctors, other healthcare providers, and their families to find healthy ways to manage stressors associated with a particularly difficult career. I have been helping folks deal with the stress associated with chronic conditions for years to build healthy coping skills.
