As a PMHNP I specialize in providing psychiatric medication management services that span the entire lifespan: ages 4 through 100+, including dedicated support for pregnant and postpartum women. 4. Geriatric psychoactive medication management: Individual outpatient assessment and evaluations are provided, as well as nursing home consultations, recommendations, assessments and treatment plans.
