My focus is on tailoring treatment to fit your individual needs and ensuring that you move toward you therapeutic goals in a meaningful way. I am an EMDR practitioner and also utilize a variety of cognitive and mindfulness-based skills to help you improve your life. Please note: I do not treat substance abuse issues or provide couples counseling.
I provide individual and family counseling, and accept a variety of insurances. Services are available for individuals 12+. I practice in Pooler, GA on Tuesdays and Wednesdays inside Lifestream Wellness Clinic at 114 Canal St Suite 701 Pooler, GA 31322. Online services are available by appointment. I am also available Friday and Saturday in my Bluffton contract office at Psychological and Counseling Associates of the Lowcountry, LLC (23 Plantation Park Drive Suite 202 Bluffton, SC 29910).
