Welcome! Therapy is a process by which individuals understand that a change is needed in their lives, and do the work to make that change. What you will find when coming to therapy is a judgement-free, confidential, and collaborative environment where we will focus on your personal strengths and find helpful solutions.
Services include counseling sessions for individuals, college students, adults, and families. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, autism, behavioral issues, trauma, life transitions, stress, job-related stress, life skills, self-esteem, coaching, preparing for and navigating college, financial distress, planning for the future, and more.
In-person sessions are available for individuals in the Central Florida area, and telehealth (online counseling sessions) are available for individuals throughout the state of Florida.
