Qualifications

Education
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both New Jersey and New York, and a New Jersey certified school psychologist. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Common issues that I treat include anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, OCD, interpersonal difficulties, and self-esteem issues. I use an integrative approach to treatment, with interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based skills, movement-based skills, and play therapy. I am also trained in psychodynamic therapy and family systems therapy.
