I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, fears, obsessive thinking, self-esteem struggles, anger management, men’s issues, stress, and spiritual concerns. I also specialize in helping people heal from past trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a highly researched and effective therapy for processing and overcoming traumatic experiences.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can find hope, healing, and meaningful change. Whether you’re looking for support with specific struggles or just need a place to process life’s ups and downs, I’d love to help.

• Self-pay: $125 per session

• I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and Medicare
