Nova Counseling for Women

I started Nova Counseling for Women, a practice dedicated to serving the needs of women of all ages, out of the certainty that women need support that takes into account their unique needs. My therapeutic approach is a blend of solutions-focused, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral methodologies. I try to incorporate complimentary and varied techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. I believe that a fulfilling therapy experience is the result of a richly-layered, collaborative process (the art) with solid underpinnings in scholarship and research (the science).
