About
We all experience stress, anxiety, and depression in our lives. Although, we can cope at times, at others, receiving help can help us to handle some of the most challenging life experiences. I practice an integrated approach rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, and mindfulness practices. With this approach, we can work on facing challenges by focusing on changing the experience by finding solutions. For situations outside of our control, we will focus on thoughts, feelings, sensations, and reactions that can be changed in order to better handle what life throws your way.
