Counseling is an effective, discreet, convenient, and cost effective way to resolve with stress, anxiety, depression, co dependent relationships, parenting, career issues, addictions, family conflicts, poor self esteem, and other life challenges.
The difference between an isolated "self help workshop" approach of throwing good money after bad, is investing in the professional therapeutic relationship which is the conduit for healing. The session is a space which provides a private caring and supportive environment for and guidance through a thoughtfully implemented and integrated evidence based treatment modalities comprising both sage Neptic teachings and the contribution of social science. Together counseling serves as a catalyst for beginning of personal growth and to change what you deem important.
My office space is private, comfortable and design sensible. The office is discretely located in a professional building with a lobby unlike a counseling center or clinic with a "waiting room" affording clients complete privacy. I provide counseling for individuals 12 years and older. New clients are usually seen within 24-48 hrs and current clients appreciate services which are highly personalized to meet even the most demanding schedules. I have extended office hours to include weekday, evenings, and Saturday appointments. To further accommodate a client’s preference I offer e-counseling through the client secure portal.
My practice specialties are marriage (couple) counseling and individual psychotherapy, co-dependence, existential or neptic psychology and systems work which may include family sessions. The clinical focus is sensitive to the individualized concerns and needs of my clients' which may include but are not limited to gridlock or stagnation in relationships, career and personal direction, and unresolved childhood or life direction issues.
