I specialize in couples therapy, marital and premarital counseling. I also provide individual therapy. I have provided couples and individual therapy for over 15 years. I use Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and the Gottman model. I also specialize in tele counseling video sessions through a secure HIPAA compliant platform. I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist in the states if Washington, Colorado, Idaho and Utah. I accept United, Anthem, Kaiser and Aetna insurance (depending on your plan). Some insurance plans will cover tele counseling sessions.
