I enjoy providing individual and family counseling to teens and adults, ages 12 and up. My areas of expertise include addictions, trauma, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I am a lifelong resident of San Antonio, and graduated from Highlands High School in 1996. I attended Texas Lutheran University and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000. I received a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from St. Mary's University in 2004. I hold Texas licensure as a Professional Counselor and am a Board Approved Supervisor for counselor interns. I am also a National Certified Counselor #91593.
