Journey through Life, PLLC Counseling is a therapeutic practice that works with children, families, groups, and couples to rebuild their life journey and foundation. Journey Through Life, PLLC (JTL) helps to restore broken lives. Our motto is “One Journey, Infinite Possibilities”. JTL is passionate and committed to help you enrich your life, your family, your workplace, and your community.

Journey Through Life founder, Brian Purnell, M.Ed, LPC is a licensed and nationally recognized professional counselor. Brian has been providing professional services to individuals, couples, families, churches, groups and organizations since 1993.

Brian’s credentials include Masters in Education with a specialization in Child & Adolescent Development, National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. Brian also has a Masters in Human Resources, Administration & Supervision.

Brian has partnerships with North Carolina Schools, Municipalities, Veteran Organizations, and Disabled Seniors, etc.

Brian has conducted educational training sessions in Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Our staff has been educated and trained in the areas of counseling: anger management, depression, intensive in-home services with children and families as well as several areas in business consulting. JTL also provides life coaching, Clinical Supervision, Team Building, Time Management, Conflict Management, and facilitation for North Carolina Mental Health training.

JTL service fees are determined by either a rate per session or contract.
