I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults around issues that struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, LGBTQ issues, relationships, and other life transitions and challenges. I use an eclectic approach so that I can meet each client where they are on their own personal path of life. Each individual is unique and requires support tailored to their issues, personality, strengths and history. Bringing my experience and training to bear, I collaborate with my clients in designing the best path out of their distress and towards gaining positive change, confidence and strength. Change is difficult and can be overwhelming and daunting. I bring a passion for human connection and a curiosity about you to our work together. This will look different for each individual, as each of our processes is unique. I believe each of us has the capacity to tap into the strengths and wisdom within us.
