About
Hi, I'm Kristen! My clinical focus spans from adolescence through adulthood, specializing in supporting neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) individuals and their families. I work with individuals who experience Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Identity, and Self-Image concerns. Utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to empower clients in their healing journey. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
Drawing from specialized training through the Kennedy Krieger Institute, I am equipped to address a wide range of neurodiversity-related concerns. Whether you're seeking support with executive function difficulties, social skills development, emotional regulation or transitioning into adulthood, I am here to provide personalized guidance and practical strategies tailored to your needs.
With a passion for neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their identities, navigate challenges, and cultivate resilience. Thank you for considering me as your ally and partner on your journey towards greater well-being.
