Counseling can be such a rewarding process. Pain, trauma, discouragement, sadness and disappointments are very real and can feel incredibly overwhelming. I love empowering my clients to access their inner strengths, learn new skill sets and improve their relationships. I have built my career on "helping the one"- the one person, the one couple, the one family.
Whether you have struggled with infertility, infant death, placing a child for adoption, disabilities, chronic illness, depression, a spouse addicted to pornography or have experienced other kinds of trauma, I seek to provide you with a safe place to heal.
I specialize in grief, loss and transitioning to a new normal. I also treat mood and anxiety disorders, especially those impacted by hormones and impacted by addiction. I provide adoption services such as home studies and assistance with navigating birth family relationships.
