My name is Lauren Sparer and I am dual licensed in mental and marriage and family therapy. I am also am EMDR certified therapist. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management and marital issues. I have experience working with a diversity of concerns and populations. I work with children, individuals, couples and families.

I take two types of insurance: Cigna and Health Choice. I can also provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
