MATTIS ROAD COUNSELING

I provide general purpose individual and couples counseling for adults (age 18 and older). I have work experience in an acute care behavioral health hospital, where I gained familiarity with a wide variety of mental health disorders and conditions. I have specialized expertise with sleep problems (including CBT-I training), working with seniors, and issues related to religion and spirituality. I offer both in-person and tele-health counseling sessions. My office is conveniently located in South St. Louis County, near the intersection of I-270 and Tesson Ferry Road.
