About
Every person has a story. Your story is important. Life shapes who you are through your story but it does not define who you are. I once heard, "A dentist doesn't pull his own teeth". You don't have to deal with pain, confusion, adjustment, and transitions in life alone. I can assist you in addressing depression, anxiety, relational issues, adjusting to life changes, family conflict, grief, addiction and many other human experiences. The best therapy outcomes result from treating the entire person: Mind, Body and Spirit.
It is an honor to walk beside another person willing to risk vulnerability to obtain healing and growth. I use a client-centered solution- focused approach with cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in identifying the presenting problems, desired outcomes, and treatment goals. Humans are spiritual beings and designed to embrace their worth and inherent dignity.
