About
Life’s most precious gifts are family and friends, and as social beings, relationships bring us a sense of connection and meaning. They can also be a source of pain and stress, when the bonds of those relationships are threatened, broken, or lost, by the death of a loved one, chronic and terminal illness, divorce, and transitional life events. These experiences have the ability to challenge our capacity to cope, and upset our sense of purpose and balance, but you don’t have to experience them alone!
If you have experienced a significant loss or major life change, and are feeling overwhelmed and disabled by the feelings associated with your grief, I’m here to help. I am a Florida State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years experience in the hospice, home-health, and bereavement counseling fields. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrative, collaborative, and individualized to suit your needs and meet your goals. As your therapist, I will be a present partner, as you share and experience your journey, by creating a safe, empathic environment for you to feel supported, accepted, and truly heard, as you take your next step toward personal discovery, growth, and healing.
