Counseling & Care Management Services, Inc., was founded by Susan Bowes, MSW, LCSW. She has over 20 years of Social Work experience with a diverse population. She has a multifaceted practice which focuses on helping people with a variety of issues involving advocacy, adjustment & consulting.
Susan has a passion for helping people in underserved populations. She has devoted much of her life to advocating for “marginalized” populations, striving to understand cultures and lives that may be different than her own.

She has personal and professional experience with understanding disabilities, Autism, LGBTQ+, aging, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues.
