Women and Children's Renewal Center

I provide women, children, and families psychotherapy services ranging from postpartum depression concerns, child and parenting issues, and family therapy. I have a strengths based approach and I will collaborate with you to work toward finding solutions that are presented in therapy. My background includes training in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy), maternal mental health, and postpartum depression. I am also well trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) which helps individuals identify feeling and thoughts and how they interact to influence behavior.
